If you had an autopsy and there was a definitive cause of death, then you would have a solid case... assuming mistakes were made on the initial pathology. Heresay isnt admissable, and you only know what your hubby told you was told to him. No hospital is going to admit a mistake was made at this point. You would need proof. Hugs.
