Sometimes when I am eating I crunch down on that sensitive tissue without even noticing it. Right before we went to Alaska, my left cheek inside was swollen with red and purple blotches and dark pigment cicles/spots. Go figure. Whatever it was - it did go away. This likely will too - these things happen even to those of us who have not had cancer. Hugs
