It does say only 15+, though but having used it just last nite on a tiny blemish on my nose, it looks all better today. I noticed the Manuka Honey is a lot cheaper online and you can help OCF as well by going thru their Amazon affiliated site:

Jayne, hope the mouth sores improve. My son also used the Magic Mouthwash and it helped. I wish he had had the Manuka Honey at the time he had the mouth sores. It's certainly seems to be worth a try.
