Brian has had 2 chemo treatments of Cisplatin and is scheduled for his last chemo treatment next week.

After the first Chemo treatment of Cisplatin, a hearing test was done and there was some permament hearing loss. He then had his second Chemo treatment and there has been more hearing loss, almost 50db.

Thank you to Christine, from this Forum, that informed me that hearing loss is unacceptable. Our ENT dr. agreed and has spoken to our onocologist and they are planning to change the chemo drug to Cetuximab. We are meeting with the onocologist on Monday to find out the details.
