We thought 2010 was going to be a good one but you had the jaw pain. I dont know how you handle the pain. Glad you took care of your ear. I bet your ENT will have the biopsy results on the 8th. Hope you tell the PS to always send the notes and test results to the ENT. Have you decided about the big surgery? Best of luck with everything you have going on.
