We always welcome more opinions, and I'm glad this works well for you. (The bottom line) But just as a counter point, we have had a lot of people here comment on their comparisons between the two, and the majority felt the the opposite of your dental colleagues, have heavily favored Biotene, and I think that everyone responds to things differently. So in either of these products I guess the rule is "your milage may vary." I would also like to add that it contains none of the protective enzymes that the Biotene products have, which besides comfort in your mouth, add another missing component of saliva, something that balances the flora in your mouth.
