Joined: May 2002 Posts: 2,152 | And for a very few of us, they never find the primary. We only have the lump in the neck. I'm not certain I would rely on my GP to diagnose the lump in my neck. Did the doctor at the cancer center check your neck at all? I think I'd go back to him or an ENT to get this lump checked out.
