Pictures are worth MORE than a thousand words. Heather is one brave girl and I can see why you do not want to leave her side. I feel so bad for her, and I am almost as old as she is, and I cannot imagine myself in that situation. She looks like she is doing very well in the picture on the bottom. I bet even better in person because you said that now her tounge is totally inside of her mouth. Anyway, I hope that Heather gets back to her old self again and that she can look back at those pictures one day and it be a distant memory for her. Please tell her that your friends from the computer all wish her the best of everything and for a speedy recovery. I cannot imagine how you as a mother feels to see her go through such a traumatic illness, but you are doing quite a fine job keeping your composure to be brave for her. What a wonderful mom!
