Well, just got off the phone with my MO's assistant, and the news is good. CT showed a 5mm nodule in the left lower lobe, which they are just going to watch, but they strongly suspect is inflammatory or fungal in nature, particularly given my past history of these small nodules. They will have pulmonary doc follow me, but nothing urgent or imminent.
