Great news, you are well on your way. Your strength and endurance increases with your gradual return to normal eating habits. Take it slow, dine leisurely. Your going to have to work on relaxing while you eat all over again, no anxiety or what ifs. I sincerely doubt that you are over hydrating. Your internal systems are trying to return to 'normal' function. You are not your Uncle, you are Billy. As you see it takes time, you need to allow for that. Your wife is correct, strong faith will provide, needs will be met. Up until now you've done the providing and you will again, in time. It's hard to allow yourself to go from the giver to the taker, but right now it has to be. Soon you'll get back to being the giver that you are. You are progressing very well friend, keep 'er rolling.
