If you did this al by yourself then you are a very very strong person. I had very minimal assistance my first time thru it and I struggled so much. Now you can rest and in a short time (usually about 2 or 3 weeks) you will start to feel like yourself again. Right now you probably feel pretty crappy, weak and a sore mouth. You lived thru it and lived to tell about it  The treatment is definitely worth it!!!!!
