Sore nodes are not a sign of cancer, they are a sign of infection. Nodes that are involved with cancer are hard, fixated in place, and painless. Your body was going through something else. That they were so diversely spread around your body is also a good indication this had nothing to do with cancer. They would have been localized to the area of the cancer.
