I agree with you Brian... Working at Planned Parenthood I dealt alot with HPV and like you said it can lay dormant for years..and in this case I think you would have to prove intent to harm ( if in fact you could prove he gave it ) and if she as engaged to be married to him I am sure there was no intent.
