For just finishing chemo thats actually pretty decent. My white numbers have never returned to pre chemo numbers. My white count the past couple weeks have been 2.2, 1.9, and 2.4. The 1.9 one made me scared that something else was seriously wrong, my doc said not to worry.
The low white count is probably why you are feeling cold. Push the protein and iron rich foods and it will come up.
