It will keep getting better and better. The neck stiffness will require daily stretching and if you have access to steam room, stretch and massage it while heating up. One surprisingly good stretch is to lie on your back with your legs/feet straight up against a wall - forming a 90 degree angle. Try and keep your butt flat against the wall and then lower your head. This stretches the fascia that often tighten up on the neck. Congratulations on your recovery Charm
