I know many of you have seen this info before, but if any post treatment folks have nor it is worth knowing.
Before TX I ws an very active triathlete. I had the usual butt whupping treatment that left me quite weak and "saliva challanged" I tried to get back into running and riding and swiming with great difficuty. The dry mouth fr running was about impossible. I would csrry a water bottle and have to stop every 100 yards to drink, my tounge would stick to the top on my mouth. Biking was not much betterm still had to grab a bottle every few min.

Well it is possibly time and my new Camel Back but I am back in action. I bought a Camel Back specifically made for runners. Fits close to the torso , and works well for biking.
Now I just take the tube and get a micro sip, just enough to wet my mouth. I do spit out the excess,, my friends have to be on guard! It is also great for just plain old walking, no more lugging a water bottle!
so at 6 months post I am back doing exercise almost every day. Still weak, but moving in the right direction. And is sure is nice to be back in the fresh air and sun.

So if you are "saliva challanged" you might give it a try
Steve
