Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 598 | Don't just wear any hat. The hat itself should be broad brimmed and UV protective. I bought a Tilley hat in Alaska, and it has been fantastic. Probably will order another this year. They are based in Canada, and have a great web site. Worth a look.
