Sometimes a piece of tooth or even a piece of bone will work it's way out days, weeks or months after an extraction. This isn't unusual. But removing it without local anesthesia is rediculous.

The snow is approaching, the skis are waxed (you wouldn't know about this) and we'll see what it's like tomorrow.

Retirement is all about skiing in January and February. This is going to be a big one.
