Hi Charm,
Frankly, the stewardesses didn't even pay any attention. My husband sat on the outer most seat and helped to conceal my feedings by draping a blanket over my shoulder. It gave me a sort of nostalgic feeling, like when I used to discreetly breast feed my son on the plane. ;-)

Nine years out. New normal with limitations, but surviving and living life to the fullest.
