I fully agree that the Omnivore's Dilemna is a GREAT book. Both my wife and I have read it and if I had my way, it would be required reading in every high school in the nation. Thanks for sharing that you lasted more than a year on this. I suppose I should be grateful that at least it is not rotting my teeth. As my oconological dentist puts it: you need not only the plaque bacteria but something for them to eat also in order to have decay,and with just selzter water swishing in my mouth, they are starving.
