I'm sure your Drs will learn what the problem is with you and do what is needed. Usually there is a follow up visit with your Dr that isn't charged for. It is a part of the initial visit and the cost is included in the 1st visit to the DR. As for what is in your mouth. let the Drs inform yoy of what they have found. It is cancer when the diagnosis says it is and not before. Yes I would be worried like anyone in here would. I can't say don't worry because that is impossible. Good luck and keep us informed.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
