I, too, had acid reflux the day after my first chemo treatment. Didn't have nausea until the third treatment, but the heartburn was pretty bad since the beginning. Prilosec sounds like a good idea (I have tried Pepcid AC with moderate success). As for the constipation, that's par for the course -- try Miralax.
