Feeling tired is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. If not, have your GP get a full panel thyroid test to get your TSH level. You want to keep that as close to what it was before you had radiation. Don't take an answer of it's in range because the range is fairly wide.
Try to take a walk every day, weather permitting, and enjoy the outdoors. It may help your mental attitude and improve your energy. Hope you are feeling better soon.
