Do folks have thoughts on the best screening mechanisms for those who have existing high-risk HPV oral exposure / infections?
I haven't found much information on the forum about some of these:

- It seems a regular OraRisk test could - with only moderate sensitivity - help determine if the infection is still active, or has been cleared
- Is the Viome Oral Cancer Detect test - which claims high sensitivity for OSCC - an effective screening mechanism?
- And of course, a regular oral screening from an ENT and dentist could detect early lesions

Any other recommendations or thoughts?
