I do 10 minutes (or sometimes a little more if I get distracted) every night before bed. I started using the trays about a week before radiation started and I stopped using the trays for about a week or two during treatment and just brushed my teeth with the fluoride. Me and fluoride are in for a long term relationship seeing as I'll be using it for life.

The prednisone did help, but took a long time. Or perhaps I just finally started to heal! Who knows for sure.
