Everything you are going thru right now is important, pay attention to what your body is telling you. Watch out for the hyper feelings. It could be a medication side effect, just be careful.
I got pretty sick from compazine which made me hyper. I was so sick and felt absolutely awful but couldnt stop pacing the house. I would lay down then pop up and walk around, unable to sit still at all. I was like a walking zombie after doing this for hours. My doc finally realized I was having a bad reaction to the meds and they got changed.
Hope thats not whats going on with you. Try to take advantage of feeling kinda good right now if you are able.

My mask was SO tight until about the 3rd day and the weight loss started in.
By the end, it barely fit me anymore as I had lost almost 100 pounds.
Not a good way to do it, and if you don't have it to spare you need to be very conscientious about taking in nutrition and hydration...trust me on the later part. Massive dehydration was a major challenge for my treatment and ended me up in intensive care for 5 days.
Do you have a PEG?
I'm sure it's been told to everyone a million times, but a PEG is NOT optional.
PS: was your second cancer a recurrence or residual? Guess it doesn't really matter, only curious.
