But I will stick my nose in and say that "Squamous Cell Carcinoma- stage 1" is the best time to have caught the cancerm, so be very thankful for that. Taking care of 3 80 yr olds? WOW - you do have alot to deal with.  But, you know, I have had the pleasure and the pressure of caring for older age loved ones, and I gained so much from the experience. I found that I gained much more than I gave. I hope that is true for you. Keep your life busy and your chin up and by the way- terminal paranoia is a BIG waste of time. Amy
