my surgery to remove the lump in my throat last year (jun/07) revealed that the tissue removed was reactive follicular hyperplasia. my lump has grown back, and the "pain" (it is not severe) comes and goes. should i be concerned about a misdiagnosis? is there any info out there about RFH leading to cancer? i do have an appoint in May, but in the meantime, i thought i would do some research of my own. i hope someone out there has some info. thanks

Regardless of what was said before you need to have the new lump checked out ASAP by a qualified Head and Neck cancer specialist.
