What a complicated system you all have to cope with.Rob was initially seen by our GP (i guess that is equivilant to your MO) who reffered him to the ENT clinic.After diagnosis he was transferred to the Head and Neck clinic.
After surgery and post operative period, he was handed over to the Oncology department who supervised all his rad treatment.
Post tx he attends the Head and Neck clinic for all his folllow up care and when he attends these appointments ,the Oncology registrar,the nutritionist and the PEG care nurse are all present,so he gets everything checked in one visit.

Recurrence June/07 died July 29th/07.
