Since radiation, I've have a plugged sensation and clicking in both ears. My ENT said it's because the eustachian tubes have thickened and offered to install tubes in both ears to allow the pressure to equalize. I opted for trying only the left ear first and can't say it's really any better, but am going back next week to get a tube in the right ear and see how that works.
Anybody else have any experience with these?
Thanks, Riley

Of course the eustacian tubes were damaged during radiation and it takes a while for them to heal up and function normal draining again.
It was several months anyway until my hearing got back to normal.

In fact, it's worse. Feels plugged up and even hurts. I did notice right away the the right ear felt plugged, too after I got the left tube.
I think Gary's advice about wait and see is well taken.
