Are you having a sentinal node removal too? That's what I had so if you have quex. about what to expect, feel free to send me a private message.
I'm glad you're seeing an endocrinologist. It sounds like you could be having menopause aggravated by thyroid problems. That's what I have been going through (though it doesn't sound like my hot flashes are nearly as bad as yours). Not fun.
  Hang in there.

I really did not need this right now.! I am still trying to get this body Temperature thing under control first. It is HELL!! Menopause is something that usually flushes the face. This heat problem is every hour 24/7 and the heat is all the way to my feet and no flushing of the face. I feel like it is 150 degrees. When that is going on I do not want to be around anyone! Nelie, Yes, I thought of you when I found out about surgery. I will PM you later OK. Thank you. That is were I am for now. Diane

I saw the endocrinologist, and he put me on Effexor xr. We will see if this will help. I sure hope so. I will know in a few weeks or maybe sooner in my case. Will be going in for surgery sometime around the 21st. do not have the date yet. I am fine with it all. I have a good surgeon. I thank you all for your support. Take care, Diane
