You know all this time I've been fine without needing a heat pad. Since going to PT and having the nice ladies give me a neck roll and a nice warmie pad for my chest while they work on me has turned me into QUITE the baby. 
  How sad is it that MY idea of a good time these days is curling up with a good heat pad? Woo wee... this entirely not my idea of being a "hot mama" in my early forties.

Maybe I've been watching too many of those infomercials.
