If anyone has any good PT instructions for loosening up the neck, feel more than free to email me. I'm glad someone mentioned the thyroid. I was tested a month ago and the doctor told me last week that I'm in the "hypothyroid" category, which SHOULD be making the weight gain easier but it's not.
My problem isn't so much eating, because I certainly enjoy eating and tasting again, it's more like trying to get ENOUGH in me before I lose interest. Maybe that doesn't make sense, but after a few bites I start to feel full. My stomach must have shrunk down to the size of a peach pit or something.
