Erik, glad your'e doing well with eating. My wife complains chicken breasts are too dry, and she's normal, well, as normal as anyone whose married to me an expect to be.

Steamed food works well for me, veggies and such, and where I live stir fried is pretty much the order of the day anyway, along with noodle soups. One of the things I still enjoy is sushimi, although have to watch the wasabi.
