Computer whiz-NOT
Can someone instruct me if it's possible to highlight and print some of these posts. I want to have Eileen's suggestions in my food file for John [his radiation starts tomorrow and continues 5 to 6 wks]It's pretty amazing what one can learn about here-dives,IMRT,radical free flap,TNMO, etc. What a charge if I also learn how to use my computer laugh Amy

Thanks for the garlic update. My oldest brother told me something when I was a senior in high-school. I was getting ready for a big date and wouldn't eat supper because it had garlic in it. My wiser brother said "why would you go on a date with someone that wouldn't like garlic breath?" Well that was a long time ago, I didn't marry that girl and he was right. The solution of course is to be certain your date eats as much garlic as you do. laugh

As to your printing question You can highlight a section of text by holding down the left mouse button and moving the cursor. Then when it is shaded you can click "edit" and "copy" then go to your word processing program and "edit" "paste" it into the page.

Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.

To print, you can also highlight as Mark says, then click file, then print, bypassing the word processing step. But be sure to eat garlic when you are doing this.
