I will email you tomorrow as I have questions about my jaw which sound stupid to me to have, but maybe you can answer! So far, I've just tried to be 'jokey' about my cancer, and feel as I'm not experiencing the stuff others are going through, I should be back at work and 'doing stuff'--but my world and perception are now changed forever. In so many ways, I feel so good, compared with lots of people--actually most people on here.

But things are different now, this IS my life, not a temporary situation I'm going to get over. So I do whatever makes me feel good, be it pain medication or not working or insisting on having chemo on Tuesdays instead of Fridays so it doesn't ruin my weekend. Just my two cents!
Age 36. Four years of fighting Stage 4 Skull Base Cancer Can't even fit it in the signature line. I've tried it all! 5 surgeries, IMRT, cyberknife, cisplatin, erbitux, AIM, taxotere, carboplatin. | | |
