One of the things I've been told I MUST avoid during chemo is live/natural youghurt and probiotic drinks!

I have not heard this and basically survived on the stuff during my treatment. I, however, did not H&N or OC cancer. I will check on this with a freind of mine who is an ENT Surgeon and Medical Oncologist and get back to you either way.
