I am not sure that I would recommend hydrogen peroxide at this point. It's pretty caustic stuff for inflamed skin. Have you discussed this with your MO?

General information

Drug Code: 383
Preparation: Hydrogen Peroxide Strength: 20 volumes

Description of the Drug

Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidising agent, disinfectant and deodorant. It is bactericidal with a wide spectrum of action.

Mode of Action

It releases nascent oxygen which is highly reactive. Its combines with and oxidises necrotic matter and bacteria.

Hi Allan from england here i am on Erbitux i have had two doses and apart from the shivers and feel as if i have the flu no side effects as yet but the make me take pritom before and i have a cream called Aqueous for the sore skin around my neck when it happens i only get the Erbitux once a week and have 4 doses to go .keep on in ther it can only get better , all the best Allan here in the sunny uk


age 52 heavy drinker and heavy smoker stage 111 squamous cell at base of tongue trying to give them all up ,8 lot of cetuximab and 35 lots of radiation , gave up smoking at the start of treatment. only drink now in moderation
