DQKCK, to see the picture you just click on my name "jhovenier" next to any post that I write. That brings up my profile and in that profile is the picture... you have to scroll down to see it. For claiming to be computer illiterate you you doing pretty darn good! When I look at that photo it was six weeks before the diagnosis. You can't even see a bulge in Eric's neck. It is a great picture of us, and one I will always treasure.

Thanks for the encouragement to pass on my genes... that is one of the funniest and nicest compliments anyone has ever paid me.

Thank you for your kind words and prayers for Heather. I have read your posts. I eventually read just about everything on the forum. But with Heather starting her 10th week in the hospital, I am getting a bit burnt out and don't reply to posts very often.

I am so glad everything is going well for Eric. You are a terrific friend and I'm sure you will play a crucial role in his recovery. I hope his recovery is swift and complete. We love to hear about people who beat this disease. Keep up the good work.

I will try to post an update on Heather soon. She continues to improve and we think she will be able to come home next week.
