I didn't start my treatment yet. First I had two choices: surgery (unilateral neck disection with tonsilectomy and free flap reconstruction) or radiation alone.

Now, after seeking second opinnion, there are more...

Surgical removal of lymph nodes with concurrent brachytherapy implant.

One more conflict though - one institution offers permanent implant of radioactive seeds with abreviated external beam radiation (4000gy), the other - hight radiation level brachiotherapy for 2-3 days in the hospital followed by EBRT (5400gy).

Did anybody experienced it?
