Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 3 | my mom has just gotten diagnosed at 43 for oral cancer...they want to remove her tongue before chemo and radiation...which comes first? if anyone knows, please help..

my mom just went through tongue cancer...what a nightmare i'm sorry to say but things did turn out to be a wonderful miracle in the end. the protocal seems to be surgery first..please e-mail me if you would like to talk. Good Luck to your mom and your entire family..i will be thinking of you.
