My cancer appeared out of the blue...as have all of the people on this board. It is a most unwelcome visitor, but feel fortunate that you have gotten care and will continue with your treatment.
I had surgery one month ago to the day, and am scheduled to begin radiation soon...I know it will be hard but I also KNOW both you and I will survive for a long long time.
Be forever vigilant and never stop learning.
God Bless,

My apologies. Your situation sounds very similar to mine. I am just concerned and am wishing you the best because I remember being about where you are now in your treatments. It's tough, but you can do it. I'm still dealing with speech difficulties myself... just do well and know there are people thinking about you. I was delighted to find this forum, I only wish I had found it sooner. I had a tendency to get 'snippy' with my wife, so keep that in mind with your husband... be as nice as you can... they are our best allies. Please try and find my entry on Lyn's page, because it was a reply to you. Best of luck and Godspeed. John
