A short story - In 1950 my mother had a major stroke the day after I turned 7. We were 5 children - an older sister in college and the others were 5, 2 1/2 and 18 months! At that time there was no medical help for her. She made up her own physical therapy exercises and forced herself to learn to speak and walk. The strenght of a mother is incredible. Stay focused on your little people and don't let anyone get you down. May whatever discomfort and pain the treatment brings be transformed into positive energy to help you beat this. Malka
