Really hoping for advice here, I have what feels like softish gravel at the front of the floor of my mouth. I did do smokeless tobacco for a good while but iv quit and thought I saved myself from this but went to the dentist today and he was willing to send me to the oral surgeon to take a look so I may be one of the next in this battle I’m just hoping for advice with all of this, thanks so much

I want to add that you don't know what you are dealing with until you get some test results back. Until then, take care of yourself and your pregnant wife.


Spouse of 58 yr old with BOT cancer
Stage 4a HPV16 positive
3 chemo treatments cisplantin
35 radiation treatments 7000 cGy
former smoker/chewed tobacco for 38 yrs.
1/2020 diagnosed with cancer near TMJ
4/2020 chemo 5 days every 2 weeks
6/2020 proton therapy
9/21/2020 cancer free
