Uptown, you may want to check with Jack Mitchell (SPOHNC facilitator) on the spring walk. I know another is being planned for next year around spring. No site identified yet but could potentially be at Six Flags...


Survivor. 55yr male. Dx 07/09 SqCCa Stage IV, Rt Tonsil, Lt&Rt Lymph Nodes. Aborted tonsilectomy 07/09. Chemo port 07/09. PEG 09/09. Chemo - 3xCisplatin 6xErbitux. RTx35. Tx ended 11/09. CAT scan (clean) 01/10. PET scan (clean) 02/10. Port & PEG removed 04/10.

Jack and I worked with Dr. Abbott's office at an oral cancer screening at a scan center at Royal and Central just a few weeks ago. I met Dan Stack back in 2003.

I was speaking of an upcoming OCF walk in Dallas in the spring. I don't think SPOHNC and OCF do walks together.
