Hi Andrea, I'm so sorry you have this. But, at least you found us. I'm 15 years out of my cancer.
It's been a long road but we survived it. If you
have any questions just ask.

Welcome to the Oral Cancer Foundation Andrea,

I'm sorry you had to find us but glad you did. This website offers more information on oral cancer than anyone. Do some research through the search engine at the top of the page. Just about any topic has been discussed. Ask any question you have and someone with similer treatment will respond. You are now part of a large international cyber family and the support and the bond is a strong one. We all have something in common, fighting oral cancer.

The road ahead can be a rough one but many of us have traveled it and survived, You can to!!!

I'm hoping your scans and pathlogy report shows they caught it early. I wish you the best of luck as you start one memorable journey.

Thank you all for the information and the encouragement. This is a very scary time, and It is wonderful to realize that there are people out there who have survived the same ordeal, and are willing to share information. The posts here have reduced my desperate fear of the unknown to a more workable knowledge of what lies ahead. THAT I can live with!

Blessings to you all.
