Joined: Nov 2014 Posts: 73 | I used a heavy duty suction machine with suction cup feet. Pay attention to instructions on how to keep clean and ask company for extra lids. It really helped when I was doing same thing. I still have phlegm but it is better. I do most clearing throat in am.
