It is made to keep cow udders soft and subtle and contains lanolin as well as some other active agents.
It works super well and I used it on the burn effect during rads. Keep a can around all the time for general use, it is amazing stuff. And I do not make the stuff ( noted for BH) lol

It was very cheap and available at the drugstore.
