I was diagnosed at 37, and I nevet even dated till I was 19, did not even kiss till much later than that. The math.for me would not add up.
I am in a monogamous relationship, but till all this surgery and trearment is over, I think my dear husband is probably safe, poor deprived darling.
If this became some sort of legal thing for people, given how little we really know, there would be a tough burden of proof to surmount.
ETA: We do suspect some early childhood abuse in my past, so I guess my math may be suspect. Never mind that. But it does underscore the difficulty of proof.

It was on topic to the question(s), which has health, social, moral, ethical, and possibly legal ramifications, and were having a nice discussion. What you say about the Guardasil prophylactic vaccine for persons already infected by HPV-16 may be crap too, and other experts think otherwise, and say it doesn't work. KirstenS, it's also suspected expected mothers may have passed HPV at childbirth too. Not sure if they test expected mothers these days? As far as burden of proof, it may not be the intention, just a smear or attack campaign. I can see it in some divorce cases, they include everything else anyway.
