Thank you for all your input and comments. After much research and talking to Dr.'s, we have decided to not use the propylene glycol base, but it seems the vegetable glycol base is harmless. We will use the vitamin C and flavorings. His initial use seemed to really south his throat and helped him to sing a little easier. Will let you know how things go in the future uses.
